By purchasing a ticket to our workshop or educational event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Each ticket is valid for one person and grants access to the specified event only. Tickets are not transferable without prior approval.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund or a credit transfer to a future event of equivalent value.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. In such cases, the full amount will be forfeited or, at our discretion, may be exchanged for a ticket to a future event.
We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or facilitators if necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, a full refund or credit for a future event will be offered.
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove participants who violate this policy.
We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
